This site is operated by Magento Patches, a UK Magento support service. This is a short, plain-English summary of how data is handled. If you need a more formal version for procurement, email the team directly.
What Magento Patches collects
When you use the security scan tool, the URL you submit is sent to the Magento Patches server, which then makes public-facing requests to that URL (the same kind of requests any visitor would make). Results are returned to your browser. URLs are logged briefly for abuse prevention and not retained beyond 30 days.
When you book a call, the details you submit (name, email, phone, project context) are sent to the Magento Patches support team and stored in the CRM. They are used only to respond to you and manage the working relationship if the project goes forward.
This site uses minimal analytics — page views and referrers only. No third-party advertising trackers, no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads conversion script unless you click through from a paid campaign (in which case it's disclosed at the campaign level).
What Magento Patches won't do
Magento Patches will not sell your data, share it with marketing platforms, or sign you up to a newsletter you did not ask for. Scan results are not used for cold pitching — if you scan a store and do not book a call, that is the end of it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Email hello@magentopatches.com and it will be actioned within 30 days.
