What you get
Every engagement starts with a fixed quote. The price doesn't move once we've agreed it — if scope changes mid-project, we agree the variation before any work happens.
Common questions
What's the difference between Bronze, Silver, and Gold?+
Bronze (£99/mo): monitoring, patch alerts, monthly report and priority booking. Silver (£199/mo): everything in Bronze plus monthly security checks and quarterly review calls. Gold (£299/mo): everything in Silver plus priority support access and the fastest response on urgent issues.
Is development time included?+
Patch installs, upgrades and development work are billed separately at the agreed fixed prices. The retainer keeps the store monitored, keeps Magento work prioritised, and gives you a familiar technical team when something needs doing.
Minimum commitment?+
Three months to start, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. The first month is mostly audit and onboarding, so a shorter commitment doesn't really benefit either of us.
Can I pause the retainer over peak trading?+
You probably don't want to — peak is when monitoring and quick-fix capacity matters most. But if it makes sense for your business, we can pause for up to 60 days per year.
